Wellness Works Preventative Programs Back on Track - Programs designed to relieve back pains, strengthen back muscles, and improve flexibility, educate on proper body mechanics. Make a Move - Movement and flexibility programs are shared with our particpants which include tai chi and yoga techniques. This will improve circulation, improve breathing, muscle function and relieve many physical aches and pains. Energize 55 - Exercise programs designed for the older client with limitation in strength, balance and endurance. This program will provide a safe environment to exercise in and support even the most apprehensive participant. With regular heart rate checks, blood pressure and appearance monitoring, older people can enjoy the benefits of improved circulation and physical strength. Bounce Me - "Bounce Back to Health" with programs designed for people who have had rehab for an orthopedic or mild neurological problem. Exercise programs designed specifically for their injury to enable their progress to allow them to "bounce back" from surgery. These will incorporate the home exercises they were taught during therapy and improve their confidence level to begin exercises with machines and full fitness membership. Ladies' Night - Evening workout with just the girls, for socializing while enjoying refreshing total body rejuvenation with exercises, stretching, breathing and meditation. Child's Play - Exercise program designed to teach children the importance of vigorous play, endurance and good physical health. These will include stretching, breathing, plyomeric strength and gross motor coordination. Water Works - Pool programs designed to enhance aerobic conditioning and strength, eliminating the extra weight and force of gravity by the buoyancy of the water.
