Kid's Fitness At Fitness & Wellness Works, our purpose is to develop and provide educational, experience and exercise programs designed to teach children at a young age the importance of vigorous play, endurance and good physical health. These will include stretching, breathing, plyomeric strength and gross motor coordination. As they grow, they become more capable of handling directions and developing movement skills. Children will experience our easy-to-use equipment that engages their creativity and intellect while challenging their bodies. We offer a system of effective exercise that develops the body and the brain. We expose children to the basic movement skills they need in order to become well-rounded individuals. |
